Each Ashna Mehta piece is crafted with care and intention. We kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging, including pouches, authenticity cards, and the sales invoice.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

No Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges.
• Approved returns are processed as a refund only.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• High Jewelry
• Basketball Collection
• Customized, personalised, or made-to-order pieces

These pieces enter production immediately upon payment confirmation and are created specifically for you.

Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable, as these are governed by local customs authorities.

Inspection & Refund Processing

• All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection approval.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
